By accessing our website, booking appointments, or receiving physiotherapy services from Recovery Physio Therapy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Recovery Physio Therapy.
Recovery Physio Therapy provides professional physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and related healthcare services at our clinics in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, as well as home visit services where available. All treatments are performed by licensed and qualified physiotherapists. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that our services are not appropriate for your condition or if you fail to comply with our policies.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are booking services on behalf of a minor or another individual, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and accept these terms on their behalf.
Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our clinic. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We require accurate and complete information during booking to provide appropriate care. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of services.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of the session cost or refusal of future bookings. We understand emergencies occur and will exercise reasonable discretion in applying these policies.
We strive to maintain punctuality for all appointments. We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times or rescheduling at our discretion to avoid delaying subsequent patients.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our physiotherapists will conduct thorough assessments before recommending treatment plans. Results may vary depending on individual conditions, compliance with treatment, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our treatments.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, allergies, previous surgeries, and existing conditions. You must follow the prescribed treatment plan, home exercise programs, and lifestyle recommendations. Failure to comply may affect treatment outcomes, for which we cannot be held liable.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Package deals and discounts are available for multiple sessions booked in advance. All fees are non-refundable except in cases of clinic error or cancellation by us. Insurance claims are subject to your provider's terms and coverage limits.
We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions already booked and paid for at the previous rate. Current pricing is available on our website or by contacting our clinic directly.
We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described therein. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for continuity of care with your authorized healthcare providers.
Recovery Physio Therapy and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for injuries or complications resulting from failure to disclose complete medical history, non-compliance with prescribed treatment plans, or pre-existing medical conditions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
